Luxo - sunrise view over the ocean near the beach

May stay again Positive: It’s a cute apartment. It’s spacious enough. It’s facing the sea so quite breezy. Ample wardrobe space and fully functional kitchen Negative: I didn’t like the bed linen. The furniture is the bedroom is beautiful and rustic so I think upgrading the bed linen and changing the lumpy pillows would add value to the property.

Great stay Positive: Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Great views. Plenty of wardrobe space. Could see marmosets out of the windows! Negative: Door bells at the gates didn't work so had to shout to get attention and access. This was only for arrival. We had keys after that so no problem

Positive: La vista increíble, buen espacio, tienen secador de pelo y aire acondicionado todo estuvo bien, buena implementacion, muy recomendable Negative: Lugar limpio pero como queda rodeado de área verde, habían unas arañas en el techo qué no sabia como matarlas ya que soy aracnofobica, considerar que hay que subir varias escaleras ya que complica un poco el acceso, sandwichera mala, y la cama principal muy alta

Positive: Great location just above Vidigal beach. Apartment is stunning and the shared terrace is super nice for an outdoor drink/dinner. Other guests/tenants were also very welcoming. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Zona Sul / Leblon but with better value for money on accommodation.

Negative: L'appartamento non è pulito e c'è un forte odore di muffa. Potrebbe essere molto piacevole se cambiassi i mobili vecchi nel salotto, se la cucina e il bagno fossero puliti e se ci fosse meno polvere. Le camere sono meglio del resto dell'appartamento. Ci vorrebbe una grande sistemazione per rendere la casa veramente interessante. Cosi non lo è ed è molto trasandata. Peccato!
